Who would've thought that a very expensive truck in an ev market that is lukewarm at best, add in a good amount of weird looks and unreliability, wouldn't be a big seller? I could pick from a conventional truck for a fraction of the price or this. People who bought it were doing it for show and now that market is tapped out.

Is this all you people do is bitch about people the internet tells you not to like? I am willing to bet money the only reason you hate Elon is because the internet gives you upvotes for saying anti-Elon rhetoric.

Do you live in reality? I’m willing to bet 5 years or so ago, you absolutely adored Elon. Now that Reddit and Facebook and TikTok are telling you to hate him, you hate him.

This isn’t Reddit. Why are you forward slashing? Jesus Chris, people left Reddit to leave Reddit. You left Reddit….to continue Reddit here? Also, stop using that fucking stupid forward slash s, it’s so lame. It’s the equivalent of saying “Oh yeah, I love standing on hot coals that’s sarcasm I don’t like standing on coals hahaha everybody look I’m joking.” We fucking get sarcasm. The ONLY reason to /s is you’re afraid of people downvoting you. Which is really really sad. You’re afraid of a fake internet grading scale. How embarrassing.

I don't like him because he is racist, transphobic, and attempting a Coup in My country.

It is jaw dropping that only 40,000 of their one million+ reservations actually turned into sales. Thats 4% conversion!
Also, trucks are not a niche market. And there is pretty minimal overlap between the kind of douche who wants one of these and people who object to Musk’s behavior. It’s designed for his cult, especially.

Guarantee you do nothing about it except bitch and cry “fascism” on the internet, while simultaneously never really knowing what fascism is.
You people show your low IQ every day, and I fucking love it so much.
“Elon musk is a Nazi fascist” - Yep. Hates Jews, hates niggers, wants to hang little Mexican children.
The fact you people think that’s actually reality is fucking insane. No wonder you’re all confused which gender you are. -

Nah, I hate him because when you look past his wealth, his "accomplishments", and his fandom, you are left with nothing but a piece of shit human being.

They’ve gone a long way on flash and sex appeal but I think a little straightforward practical value would help them a lot. The market is awash in good competition now so their novelty effect is gone. And the sex appeal has ended for everyone except for 40k cyberdouches.

I still refuse to see it as a truck. The defining feature of a truck is its bed, and the bed on this thing is presented as an afterthought. Covered, undersized, impossible to access from the sides. It’s just a tank. A penis prosthesis for the undersized.

Elon is all this company has, just like Trump is literally the only thing going on in the Republican Party. The republicans are going all the way with Trump, straight down the drain, and Tesla will do the same with Musk.

I don't need the Internet to tell me not to like Nazis. As a decent human being it's just natural.

Okay. You’re a Nazi too.
If we’re just Willy-nilly assigning the word Nazi to anybody we dislike, then you’re a Nazi.
See how idiotic that is?
Admit it, you hate Elon because he’s right wing. And you’re too fragile to accept anybody thinking differently from you. Which lead you here, now.
Embarrassing. -

The well moneyed sort who buy Teslas also like to change cars more often than the rest of us. Some of them are going to even more expensive brands like Rivian, and there’s a huge array of less expensive, more practical options.
Here’s how I personally see the brand transformation. I don’t believe these people are so principled that they are dumping these cars in protest. It’s more that the appeal that used to be there: of being part of the future, of moving off gas and embracing clean tech to help save the world… that little halo just isn’t part of the brand anymore. Indeed Teslas all the time where I live with license plates like “BYE CO2” and “LOL GAS.” But no one is going to hop on board that Tesla hype train any longer. They are no longer novel, they no longer virtue-signal and yes have actually become a bit icky. But I think we’re just seeing the end of the mirage, not really any kind affirmative lashback.

Value is harder to deliver than hype.
