If you could rearrange the days in a week, what would your ideal month look like.

All months have 30 days 5 "months" of single days in the summer between that are rest and nobody works.

Holoscenic calendar. I get mine from Kurzgesagt every year.

I like the 13 months of 28 days calendar. With one special free day for newyears (two days for leap years).

Personally I prefer it starting on Sunday, but also here with Portuguese being the main language it only makes sense to start on Sunday, Monday to Friday are called second-fair, third-fair, fourth-fair, fifth-fair, and sixth-fair. Fair as in either market or festival.

I'd pull a xkcd, we'd have 13 months every year because it's a prime number, but the amount of days per month would be powers of two for the first 7 (also prime!) = 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128; after that, apply some weird math with the current year in order to distribute the remaining 110 days among the 6 months but such that they all end with an odd number of days. Every month would have 2 weeks, made of half the month's days + 1.

That's what they get for choosing a bad birthday in the character creation menu.

5 day weeks, 6 weeks per months for 30 days each, 12 months in a year, 5-6 days of celebration of the new year.
I love the idea of working 3 days and being off for 2.

Skip every other day for the void

Are you trying to anger the gods? Below the fixed stars, there are seven great gods and their lights in the Heavens. And each has its appropriate day. Which two gods shall you so tempt their wrath by denying their day?
-
This also avoids every month from having a Friday the 13th

Every day is a Tuesday the 6th. I'm pretty sure it'd summon Beelzebub.

An easy answer as it is not for a mortal to decide which gods are deserving, rather the gods must decide by whomever survives.
