I finally wiped the windows partition off my main home PC last week. Feels good, man.

We'd use Branston beans, but not gonna lie that looks shit hot. Would scran with a bottle of 8% cider.
-
No love for jetbrains?
-
Lemmy has a 3 character minimum though
-
No, we're all on lemmy.world and we're here, not fully defederated. It's just that specific /c/piracy community that is blocked on world.

Oh I know, I was responding to r00ty as to highlight that reg. application seems to work well as spam protection.
I don't advertise so that I don't have to dedicate the whole server to lemmy, currently running multiple other things there aye aye -
Yeah I migrated when they did the API thing. It's quieter here, but I kinda prefer it. Welcome mate

Thank you for the clarification!

You were there when the ancient texts were written, but remember, some of us were there when the alphabet was conceived.

I use this vscodium extension to get SSH support for remote coding. It works great!

I thought Heinz was the gold standard in the UK. I must try the Branston ones. Flippin' love that pickle.
Don't think I've ever seen them in the supermarket in Ireland but my sister's visiting from the UK on Sunday so I think I'll place an order.

When referring to communities on Lemmy please use the proper link format. !community@instance
-
Oh, thanks for the heads up. I will make an account on a different instance. Which one do you recommend?
-
If you need ones that don't have a high self discharge then yes. The black ones (pro) have a higher capacity but will self discharge in a few months.
-
If you came to the fediverse for a community on dbzer0, easiest solution is to make an account on dbzer0. It's a good instance, if you like it, think about contributing to their patreon.

Lemmy has a long way to go before eternal September to be sure. It's once people don't know individual commenters across the entire platform we might get there, but as is the regular users are unlikely to get drowned out anytime soon.
