1 USD is 0.941 EurSo 4.5 x 0.941 / 3.79 = €1.12 per liter.
That's almost half the of here, so bringing it to $10 would only make it slightly more expensive than most European countries.
I think Canada can do that.

If project 2025 is to be believed then its to force other countries to remove their tariffs and other barriers on US imports, and is meant to be a large shock that forces countries to give in to your demands.
Id say it is to be believed given the project 2025 talks about implementing a border wall and implementing capital punishment, which is a thing Trump has been talking about for decades even though it's retarded, and is non-sense from an economic think tank.
