This must be a thing. This is not the first time I’ve seen someone with a vacuum collection. There might even be a word for this.

I may or may not own 4 myself.
Every couple of years, my mom gets mad at her vacuum cleaner and buys a new one. I get the "if you can fix it, it's all yours!" hand-me-downs and....all of them have worked just fine.
The only one I purchased myself was the shop vac
Used to snatch them off the side of the road in the 90s. Watch a movie while cleaning them up, new bag and a belt, $20 profit.

So far only one has needed "repair"....in the way of ripping the dog hair out of the roller with a blade.
