What is the theory on why specifically they wouldn't understand the pizza index and use it as leverage to further cloak their activity? Just seems more likely to be a red herring than anything

Eesh, behind the times here I guess. What does this mean? What are we expecting or antipating?
Edit: I see the article's insinuation that increased traffic could mean something's going down at the WH, but what are we thinking?
