We are back in the office full time. We built a new tower to help bring prosperity to a historically depressed neighborhood. Here is one of the last low income buildings around. They probably appreciate the increased shade.

By "to help bring prosperity", do you mean "Gentrify the place, price out the poor people and replace them with more affluent folk"?
