I think the closest thing to an example we have is the direct conflict between Turkey and Greece, though that occured over Cyprus which isn't NATO territory.

Yeah, I figured I'd ask some follow up questions. Maybe they'd like to explain. I mean immigration seems to be a topic of concern in the banlieues of Paris and Stockholm for example. But I haven't heard of any severe, permanent issues in Denmark. Other than that they're more strict with immigration than for example where I live (Germany). But I have been to Denmark. And they're definitely not the KKK. Both the news and my personal experience say they're relatively egalitarian and liberal.

The words "piss-stained lying sack of shit" are thrown around a lot these days.

...in some cases with an abundance of merit.

I read through some of his comments, and it seems like he is from Australia. He was probably just trying to "discuss" in bad faith. Also the comment was removed anyway.

The "conflict" being Greece was run by a fascist junta that couped the Cyprian government in an annexation attempt, and Turkey fought back the way NATO should have done against the junta from the start.
(And then tried to keep it for themselves, as you do)

I'm not gonna comment on the conflict itself. Just stating that it is probably the closest example we have.

The US is on a anti-democratic trajectory. But no, calling it a dictatorship, at this moment, is wrong.
