Tatchos. You can't tell me anyone's ever scarfed a platter of tatchos and then been like, "let's do something physical"

Valerian root. It's GABA active. Smells like either manure or freshly rained on soil though depending on your nose in a similar way to how cilantro taste varies between people. It's what's in sleepytime extra.

Biologically, cheese. It slows down your intestines. Just follow your stomach, then.

For me, it is Arrabiata pasta from one cafe I visit. It gets me sleepy every time.

Spicy tomato sauce puts you to sleep? That's new.

              You're eating the wrong carbs.

Does beer count as food? Carbs + alcohol = one way ticket to sleepy town.

There's a pork chop in every beer.

Any carbs for lunch followed by a work meeting I don't care about.

Also it's an autumn day and the office heating is just a little hot and stuffy
