I disagree. WW3 is already underway and is primarily informational. Combat is a combination of targeted strikes, drones and artillery etc Cyber warfare will also be a big factor.
Truth has been increasingly elusive and with AI we will no longer know what is true and what isnt because we can't even believe our eyes.
