the sh in shadow isn't /s/ though, it's /ʃ/. and I'm specifically claiming that no Spanish words start with s+hard consonant. s by itself is fine, for example sonriar obviously, but I claim that no Spanish word starts with 'st', 'sp', 'sc' etc. so you have estudiar, espalda, escuela. in Latin these were stūdium, spātula, schōla. Spanish added an e before the s specifically because it became hard for them to pronounce. this same shift happened in French, hence étude and ecòle, but not in Italian (studio and scuola.)
so I think you have it the wrong way around. the reason Spanish has those initial es in the first place is because it's hard to pronounce consonant clusters without them.
You're saying that certain things are hard to pronounce for Spanish speakers, and i'm letting you know that it will depend on each individual and not apply to the entirety of Hispanics as a whole, not too difficult to understand, everything else i kinda don't care. Also, "My boss has trouble pronouncing this therefore it must be an issue to literally all hispanics" is kind of a nonsensical conclusion to arrive to.

I’ve never heard the thought about owning a second home before. That’s a fascinating thought. I wonder if that would incentivize the rich to buy/donate homes. Or if there would just be some kind of rich only club loophole

Not really. If an actor is good enough that a role then why would they're race matter? Acting is all about being something your not so I don't see a problem with a Asian character being played by a white person or a white person being played by a black person. Also, why would people being hired based on merit be a setback for non-white people? Sounds pretty racist NGL.

I have only a single exception. In Lower Decks, there's a crossover episode with Strange New Worlds where you see two of the animated characters in the live action show because their voice actors look like their characters. The other two main characters don't. One would need to be painted green and could probably pass but the other character, Rutherford, is a black guy voiced by an Asian Pacific guy, and ...yeah he could probably pass but that's...well it'd be a much easier call if the character and the VA's "race" matched.
(In the star trek universe this wouldn't matter at all, I'm only pointing out the IRL conflict. In fact, I believe they went with only two crossover characters for budget reasons)

You're making a mountain out of a mole hill. I really don't care about the the race or ancestry of an actor any more than I care about the color of his hair or eyes.

My country has 300 ethnics groups, so they tend to match character ethnic to its voice actor. But if it's not, no one gets angry. People is simply happy when various culture is celerated.
Though, when it comes to international movie/series/games, it truly does not matter as there's no way to 100% match voice actor race or ethnic groups.
Sometimes, people that outside the groups actually do a better match for a specific character.Ok that's great and all but what if someone outside of a ethnic group can do a solid performance? As I've already said acting is all about playing someone you're not so I don't see the need for an actor to have the same Scottish-indigenous American-Mexican and Somali heritage of a character.

As I stated above: "Sometimes, people that outside the groups actually do a better match for a specific character."
At least Indonesian generally does not care about matching ethnicity or race.

one of the other million people who watch might. When a show is produced, the producers have to think about things like that. Glad it doesn't bother you though.
