    Scrape what's left on top which probably did not touch the floor then eat it. The rest feed it to the dogs or throw it away. Assuming this somekind of consistency as cream. Else 3 se conds rule apply probably heat it up again.

      Probably depends on how wet/sticky the food is. If it's dry then blow on it, it's fine. Otherwise it's probably gross and now I need to clean the rug.
