Letting Users Boost Topics from Global into Categories

Is there a way to allow registered users to copy/boost/whatever uncategorized topics from external sites/the fediverse into local categories? I can do it using mod tools, but can't do it with a standard account. Is there a setting for this?

@Kichae not yet, but it is something I'd like to expose.
The topic moving facility is currently tied to mod privileges, so it's not as easy as just making the client side call.
I'll add it to the backlog.
