So many people seem to recommend this app, but its obviously not open source and requires an email to signup, which seems unnecessary. Are there any good open source alternatives that are a one-stop-shop of sorts rather than a bunch of mottled scripts?

redact dot dev is owned by a guy named Dan Saltman. Dan Saltman is the cohost to liberal youtuber Destiny (Steven Bonnell). Dan Saltman is openly Zionist and has tried to have all anti-Zionists banned from streaming websites, such as twitch. I would avoid using redactdev. I don't trust them to securely delete things.
