nostr relays can comply with delete requests or not, same with fedi servers. pretty sure they all do though and relays don't share posts with each other. there's a couple of crawler services like nostr.band and noswhere for search and indexing, but if you delete your fedi post or don't post publicly it should be gone from mostr

Yeah, I really wish people would be a little more tactful when they go on performative tirades like this. It's giving "old man yells at cloud" energy. Ridiculous behaviour when you think about it. People can block clouds, yelling is worse than useless.

The mindless GenAI hate is really off the scales on mastodon. I run a FOSS GenAI volunteer service and was trying to join a popular non-profit on mastodon and the non-profit itself got bulled so much that they dropped me. Some of those scolds even tried to bully me because I run the Fediseer.
Fortunately the lemmy crowd is a bit more reasonable with integrations like these.

Not really uploaded. There's plenty of mastodon instances which have open distribution of CSAM or Loli (A look at our blocklist on fediseer can show just how many there are. Non-risky link btw.). All one needed to do is use that service to retrieve one of those posts using its own search function.

It really feels like people are aggressively hostile to things they don't like or think are bad. The time and energy spent on hating against a FOSS project is just absurd.
