Anon earns achievements

I like that the "open game" archivments are mostly at like 70%
It gives a point of reference for the others. Though it should probably just be the base for calculating the other percentages.

I think its charming
Yeah, though I don't really like the ones that can be missed by playing the game too well, like the "die to boss x times".

I swear some games just load them up at the start so it looks like you were playing for longer when others see you have "SO MANY ACHIEVABLES"

I know no one cares but on the off chance that someone does, the picture is from this song.
It's a song made basically entirely of Japanese onomatopoeias. It's brought me so much joy I'd love if it makes one other person feel that way.
What a great tune to start my day to. Thanks for sharing!

Speaking from experience: in many cases, they’re cliche because project managers, producers, and execs insist on writing achievement names & descriptions instead of letting the writer(s) do it.
It’s happened on almost every game I’ve worked on.
They get a kick out of having a tangible contribution to the finished product, and in most cases seem to believe they’re actually being funny and original. It’s easier to just let them have it.
It's kinda sad.
