Except applying diplomatic pressure, Except taking military assets and delivering the supplies. Except stopping arming, or even threatening to stop arming, the military that was blocking those supplies - in contravention of international and US law. Except Antony Blinken literally falsifying reports to Congress about "Israel" blocking supplies, because that would legally implicate the Biden administration for continuing to arm them.
