As voters we had the opportunity to prevent fascism for four more years by voting for neoliberals. This would have given progressives and socialists another opportunity to co-opt the Democrat party. That's the thing... Biden wasn't sending arms "for genocide". Biden was sending arms for the legitimate defense of Israel from attacks from Iran.

The problem was, Bibi and Likud are dishonest brokers and re-directed that support into the genocide.
