Not only arrested for no reason, banned from ever being in an NFL stadium or event for no reason
“The individual will (be) banned for life from all NFL stadiums and events,” NFL spokesperson Brian McCarthy said in an emailed statement.
-
"McCarthy"
Funny how the names seem to match up to the crime -
"The New Orleans Police Department said in a statement that 'law enforcement is working to determine applicable charges in this incident.'"
Charges? You mean demonstrating free speech? Its still protected by the first amendment unless Trump and his Fascist Toadies have done away with the Bill of Rights

Eating a meal. A succulent chinese meal.
-
The First Amendment means the government can't restrict Free Speech. The Super Bowl is a private event held on private property.
-
The New Orleans police department is the government
-
They didn’t charge him.
-
Your statement is both correct and irrelevant.
-
"You just sit tight, boy. We'll figure out why we arrested you eventually."
Sounds like the South to me.

You cannot make this stuff up.

GET YOUR HANDS OFF MY PENIS!

He was a dancer hired for the event. He wasn't anywhere he wasn't supposed to be.
-
Gentlemen, this is democracy manifest!
-
- This is literally the government restricting his free speech.
- Why do people always defend censorship as long as it is done by corporations owned by billionaires? We're not talking about someone's home, or even some small family owned corner shop. It's the fucking NFL, and they are in a stadium with thousands of sports fans all screaming and chanting. And knowing sports fans, some of them probably saying vile shit as well towards the other team and their fans, which we're fine with, but when they censor someone's political opinion: "don't you know it's private property?"
-
I'm pretty sure the NFL didn't arrest him
-
I'm not defending corporate censorship, I'm just saying it's not a First Amendment violation.
-
The comment I responded to brought up the First Amendment, so I think it's relevant to correct them.

The land of the free.
