Do you blow your nose one nostril at a time or both at once?
Both at once like a turbo engine. My sinuses are huge due to a lifetime of allergies

That's how I do it! While still sitting down of course. I used to do it the other way standing up but find this easier and works better

Fun fact, your body already mostly uses only one nostril at a time and closes the other.
It switches throughout the day and keeps nostrils moists.That is a great fun fact

Ahahaha I'm the exact opposite, used to wipe sitting down back to front like you and switched to standing up front to back because it was easier

No, standing is weird and wiping back to front is weird.

Draw as hard as i can so it all goes to mouth and spit it out. I thought that's the only way

Naah for some reason I find it incredibly disgusting. Instead, I scream till it gets out.
