But seriously looking over his TV and film history looks like he was in a handful of things over the years, but Spider-Man is definitely where I know him from. Looks like he had a good long life, rest in peace.

He's the oscorp board dude who tells Norman that they're selling the company to quest and that Norman needs to resign the final straw that makes the Green Goblin.
I had to look on wiki, don't remember that movie too well besides hating Toby McGuire as spiderman(still do).
