How do those who track their network speed figure out when the peak times are?

I have a couple weeks worth of speedtest tracker data and I have no clue as to how to unpack it. Should I go through it with statistics tools or something else?

You mean available up/download speeds? In which format did you store your data? Which data fields did you record?
