So, I gather what you're encountering is communities that are tossing out posts and comments that do not break any laws, on the basis that they find them distasteful. And you're looking for an instance where communities will not do this, but that is also federated with all of the instances hosting the communities that are doing this.
But to what end? If you are still trying to interface with those communities, the posts will still be removed. Being on a "free speech instance" doesn't insulate you from the rules of the communities you are engaging with. There's only an issue if you're finding yourself under pressure to change your own behaviour under threat of the admins banning you from the site.
You're looking for a space where you will feel welcome, but where one of the key defining elements is making it easy to ignore that local space.
I'm not sure you're presenting a coherent desire here.

I'm looking for an instance to move my community to where the admins will not intefear with how I moderate the speech on my community while still allowing people from other instances to interact.

"Free speech is I get to say whatever I want, and you have to sit there and listen to me!!"
That's not free speech, that's a hostage situation.

Dude.
Dude.
Just don't, okay.
You don't have the training or background to interpret the data on the subject, and have obviously not done due diligence on the matter. You are talking out of your ass based on not understanding what is going on.
Part of that is shitty writing on other people's part; a lot of articles out there are written by people that don't actually understand what they're writing about, so when people read them, it gets even worse.
But there's a bloody reason why nobody with a degree relevant to the matter of advantages or disadvantages of medical transition comes down as it being an inherent and universal advantage. It just isn't.
I'm saying this because there's a good chance you don't intend to parrot bad information, that you think you've done enough reading on the subject to have a good grasp of it. But you haven't. Stop trying to be some kind of free speech martyr and go back to the books. Go back and do more than just read pop science level articles.
Also, the "of equivalent size and height" part doesn't mean what you think it means.
When two people of the same mass and height are equivalent, that means there isn't an advantage in one of them being trans. A cis woman that's taller and more muscled than their competitors has the same advantage as the trans woman. That's what it means, that size matters, but transition doesn't. There's no contradiction in that.
Now, if you want to argue about how long after beginning hormone treatments a trans person needs to wait before competing in their sport of choice as their confirmed gender, that's cool. But, since you don't just change clothes and start competing as it is, you'll find it's a pointless argument.
The process of transition is longer and more complicated than you seem to think. People aren't just jumping up, declaring that they're trans and trying to compete with cis women the next day. It doesn't work like that at all. By the time a trans woman or girl is competing against cis women, they have been undergoing hormonal treatment.

I'm gonna ignore ur condescending insults that are vaguely dressed up as educating. And get right to the point.
When two people of the same mass and height are equivalent, that means there isn't an advantage in one of them being trans. A cis woman that's taller and more muscled than their competitors has the same advantage as the trans woman. That's what it means, that size matters, but transition doesn't. I don't think u quite understand the issue here. I agree a cis women of similar size and heigh to a trans women will be relatively equivalent.
I'm sure we can agree that a cis man will be larger and taller than a cis women (I shouldn't need to specify but on average).
Given this and that the size and height are not significantly reduced post transition we can then conclude that a trans women will be larger and taller then a cis women. And ur paper acknowledges that a larger size and height are advantageous.
I think u may have missed the forest through the trees.
Ohh and I am absolutely qualified to read a scientific paper and interpret a graph.

As what has probably been said a million times, "free speech" is not some absolute thing.

Instance admins have to take on the responsibility and liability of running a website, I don’t think most would also want to leave it unmoderated as well. For the most part if you aren’t on beehaw, hexbear, or ml/grad. Most instances are fairly “free speech” according to your definition. I don’t think I’ve ever had a comment removed.
If you still don’t think that lemm.ee or .world is “free speech” enough for you, you are free to host your own unmoderated instance. Don’t expect anyone to federate with you though if your free speech is hateful or inflammatory though.

It appears that you are looking to get all of the benefits of community, while absolving yourself of any of the responsibilities. You want to use someone else’s i stance, without having to follow any of their rules. You want to have your own little safe space to spew whatever it is that obviously goes against community guidelines, but also for that space to be able to interact freely with the community. We don’t want to interact with you on that level, that’s why we are all here, following those rules.
If you really want a place where you can say whatever shitty thing you think everyone eeds to hear, then go make your own instance.
Which will be de-federated from all of these instances.
