All of them, I never skip the opening. But my top 5 favorites are
Land of the Lustrous (my most listened to song on YT Music for 3 years running)

Wait...so what is it now? And when/why was it changed?
Hulu uses what I'm pretty sure was the ending credit song in the intro. Probably to avoid Teardrop royalties or something. I hate it so much, I didn't finish the series last time I tried to watch it.

Know where can I find a breakdown of the symbolism behind the intro?
For me, it's hard to watch. I feel like I got bungeed down into the deepest depths of the bottomless Uncanny Valley, coming back up covered in oily black ooze, but I look down at its just my hands, my clothes, my normal skin. I think I'd appreciate it more if I knew what and why what was going on.Not a breakdown of the whole intro exactly, but this breaks down the melody musically and makes some comments about how it relates symbolically.

Are you kidding about enterprise?
IT'S BEEN A LOOOOONG ROOOAD
no really I completely understand it can sound cringe but I enjoyed singing it almost every time

Where's me jumper? Sultans of Ping. Absolute banger. Will never skip. May replay multiple times.

The OG was Teardrop by Massive Attack, right?
Yes! It sets the tone for the show so perfectly. Just to satisfy my curiosity, I pulled up the first episode on Hulu... the new music gives a completely different tone. It's terrible!

DO YA REALLY WANNA DO YA REALLY WANNA TASTE IT??

I didn't like the show all that much but American Gods had possibly the greatest title sequence ever made.
It's a brilliant fever dream mixing mythology and technology which perfectly fits the theme of the show. That thumping music suits the neon I'm the titles and that tired groan at the end puts an exclamation point in the whole thing.

Futurama
It’s so short that you might as well sit through it.

The Sopranos.
Even when I'm knowingly watching another HBO show, I always hope that the Sopranos theme comes up after the HBO static

[grin] I get that!
I'm sure that there are others I used to like - I'm an old fart - but this is the only one that occurs to me now.
For some reason, my long term memory stopped in the late nineties. I'm convinced that there are series I've watched that I loved that it's going to take a replay to remember that I loved the incoming theme.
There were several cult shows on BBC2 and ITV back then: Thirty-Something, a few about UK barristers, Moving Story. Damned if I can remember any of the theme tunes.
