I didn't like movie 2. This trailer doesn't excite me to watch movie 3. Will probably still watch it.

Sadly, I'm pretty sure that the last Peter Sellers movie released was "The Fiendish Plot of Dr. Fu Manchu". Being There was brilliant, though.

Yep. Makes sense. This week at home, Clue was playing for the umpteenth time. Week before that, I am pretty sure I heard Back to the Future again. I also have another category--introducing my kids to something from my childhood. Those can be hit or miss for them.

Her doing an American country accent will be interesting, especially right after Hungarian in the Brutalist - but she is by far my favorite actress and I'm very excited for this one.

I guess that depends on how much free time you have to watch movies and what your other options are. I'd probably rewatch Gattaca before watching this again. Although that's one of my all time favorites.

Villeneuve will step away after this one and they will try to replace him and make two more sub-par films and then give up.

To be fair there's only so many times a movie about a group of retirees going to vegas one last time can be made, there's more parts for younger people because younger people are out doing things, discovering themselves, making mistakes. Generally younger people live much more exciting lives and as such more movies made featuring them because people like to watch those things and not some old folks rambling around the set. There's exceptions of course but I'm not sure why this isn't brought up, yes young people are hotter but also they generally are in a more interesting part of their lives.
