You can fight 1v10 later on, but in the beginning of the first game you were literally a peasant. It makes sense even a 1v2 would represent a mortally dangerous situation until you get better skills and gear. Really it's what made the game so good in my opinion, I've never felt a character grow like that before.

In our country, that's laughably obvious. How can I tell? Companies in their "inclusive" visuals use people of "minorities" not actually present in our country. So the message falls flat. If they really would like to believably support inclusion, they could include some members of the real oppressed minorities which we do have locally. But no, they import their messaging from abroad.

I don't know about this, but only because Steam has a very unique position in their market. Lots of intense loyalists for Steam means long-term projects yield hype and reputation. For example, the Steam Deck was a high cost high impact long-term project, and it wasn't even in the interest of leading the handheld gaming market. It still brought them a lot of good press, and it also spearheaded the adoption of handheld gaming PCs - whether running SteamOS, Windows, or other linux distros - most of which are using Steam as the primary gaming library.
