Everyone who interacts with you immediately forgets who you are or why they are doing what you convince them to do as soon as they stop seeing and hearing you. They will continue to do as you instructed them, but they won't know why. Once it's done, they will continue life as though they've never met you unless you introduce yourself again.

I can now shoot fresh spaghetti from my fingertips. Each fingertip shoots a continuous spaghetti noodle at an alarming rate with a range of about 4 feet. My thumbs will shoot a delicious meat sauce at a comparable rate and range.
While you can shoot spaghetti and meat sauce out of your fingers, it is incredibly painful. Each noodle bores a new hole through your finger tips every time you do this, and your pasta therefore doesn't pass health inspection

Had this happen with one dude in college. I had no clue why he joined at all. He spent every session on his phone held 6 inches from his face, and always had to be told when it was his turn in combat, just for him to have no clue who to attack.
It's unfortunately common, just not necessarily everyone in the group. So, it's the best side effect due to the grounded reality that's suited to the wish.

The ability to enter and bring objects/people into a space where time flows while it stops in the outside world. For a surface level example, you have a table in front of you and you could just by touching the table for example teleport to this place and proceed to play minecraft for an hour and then teleport back to the real world and continue from the same point. You could also store stuff there.
Time is accelerated in your space such that you age a year for every day spent there.
