That works too but I was thinking you would grow six legs and eight arms, or a bit like Tetsuo in Akira.
I feel like that effect would be under a different power than regeneration, like shape shifting or something. Growing extra limbs would be unlikely unless you were already genetically rigged for it.

This is an interesting side effect.
- Every time they sneeze they break multiple bones.
- If you push too hard during pooping you'll blow out your ass and/or cause internal organ damage.
- Chewing could easily crush your teeth and break your jaw
- If a guy, don't even think about masturbation. If you do manage it with the use of a device independent of your super strength, the ejaculation would still shoot out of you like a rail gun, destroying anything in its path and blowing out your penis.

I agree. Superheros are best when defined by what they CAN'T do.
For the really powerful ones, but for instance I think spider man is better defined by what he CAN do, which is actually a pretty small list.
