    Run local models. Tell others you can. There is nothing AI Bros fear more than models becoming specialized, near zero cost tools instead of enshittified, immoral corporate APIs they can sell. Why do you think they spend billions lobbying and hyping safety? Its sure not because they care about safety beyond the absolute bare minimum for liability. It’s because local models would collapse their entire house of cards.

    I say this as a baker, though. That is a ton of dough. I think way more than any pizza place is using. For a dumpster to be over flowing like that, you'd be taking well over several thousand pounds of dough. I've had to throw out 200 lbs of dough a few times over the years due to problems. It's barely a drop in the bucket.
