I was so confused, trying to figure out why anyone would want to grind up Smarties on their pizza.
Weird, this is what smarties are to me:
-
why would you add candy to pizza? are they stupid?
It's Tums.

This is where famotidine shines. One itsy-bitsy pill right before or right after I eat something that tends to give me heartburn and I'm all good for the night.
My biggest issue is I have a heat-tooth, but my internal anatomy feels otherwise. And there's no common over the counter pill that I'm aware of that's useful for appeasing a small intestine that wants me dead.
What's a heat tooth?

It's Tums.
I know what brand of candy it is

me too. I've never seen smarties referred to as anything but the chocolate.

That means you probably have snowy winters and call the op's smarties "rockets"

Tums isn't candy, its a flavored antacid made of chalk

It's yummy and has a nice texture, therefore it's candy

i find that I have significantly less problems with heartburn when I remember to eat enough fiber. eating more veggies, pulses,, wholegrain bread and fruit helps me a lot
Yeah but I'd rather shit a brick once or twice a day than have runny poop 5 times a day

do you have an intolerance or something? as long as you build up your intake of fibre relatively slowly eating more of it (both soluble and insoluble) should help you be more regular, unless you have some condition of course

No, my body is very used to eating lots of fiber, that's not the issue. I just eat a ton of calories because I'm very physically active, so even when I pay attention to eating foods with little fiber I still get around 50 grams per day, at least when bulking.
