I would have silently gone in my head ABCDEFGHIJKL and then said "MNOPQRSTUVWXYZ", but I suppose I could have said "MABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ", or should I say "MABCDEFGHIJKLOPQRSTUVWXYZ"?
