Pedophiles near to always try to rationalize their predatory impulses with a heavy sprinkling of blame the victim, or anything other than themselves.
If you engage one of them in therapy, it’s the mental equivalent of trying to grab onto one of those old “water weenie”s. They were “lured” by that “crafty” child. She’s an “old soul” and knows how to play men. The old soul bit is a repetitive theme. Maybe they have bad genes. They were abused and now can’t help but to pay it forward. If the system would give them a therapist who was any good then maybe they could actually stop. Those that do get there and admit the full horror of their past actions will often try to suicide or self mutilate.
I don’t see the dipshits who post that it’s “natural” or “to look at history” as much different.
We are in an era that has, for the last 50 yrs, decided that women & girls are people, not property. Slavery was wrong. And so was tying women to men as property. And so is marrying a child. And so is marital rape of that child.
“Looking at history” can only be done through the lens of property, not people, and that is disgusting. Entitled, horrific & disgusting.
There’s a mad flail happening, to be sure, because a subset of old men caught in inertia from prior ages keep spewing this crap at their boys who then grow up thinking entitled things alongside an irrational avoidance of therapy and therapeutic paths. Or rich men who are simply entitled. The Venn diagram here though, between the two, is almost fully overlapped.
It’s a feature of pedophilia that they try to rationalize to themselves and anyone who will listen.
